Optillion Ltd, formed in February 2005, is an Internet Marketing specialist providing search engine optimisation, search engine marketing and website development services to businesses operating in the UK marketplace. Optillion is a dynamic new company whose owners, Paul Bibby and Gavin Walker, have between them many years of Internet Marketing and Web Development experience.
Paul Bibby, Director
Born and educated in Nottingham, Paul Bibby has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies. Paul started his working life selling computer systems (in 1979!) and then moved into clothing manufacturing. Has been a company director since 1985 with responsibilities in various companies covering manufacturing, home and export sales, finance, environmental protection, training and IT. This wider business experience means he has an excellent understanding of the problems faced by clients in today’s market. A qualified webmaster and e-commerce professional, Paul started optimising web sites in 2000. Paul's interests include yachting, fly-fishing and DIY.
Gavin Walker, Director
Born in Ruddington and educated at schools in Nottinghamshire and Rutland, Gavin Walker graduated in 1991 from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne with a degree in medicine. He worked as a doctor, local government officer and museum curator before gravitating in the late 1990s towards a career in website development and search engine optimisation. During the past 5 years, he has worked as a freelance web developer, web design tutor and search engine optimisation practitioner. His areas of special interest include website accessibility, designing to standards and the web development/search engine optimisation interface. Wider interests include museums, poetry and forestry.

Geographical Coverage
The majority of Optillion's Internet Marketing services require only limited
client contact and are available worldwide, provided that the principal
language required for the project is English. Some Internet Marketing and search engine optimisation services,
particularly those involving training or consultancy, require spending considerable
amounts of time with the client or working at the client's premises and
are therefore most suitable for UK based clients.
Office Location
Optillion's offices are located in Ruddington, a village which lies 5 miles south of Nottingham, close to the Nottinghamshire-Leicestershire border and in the heart of the East Midlands. Excellent road, rail and air links make Ruddington easily accessible to clients travelling from within the UK or from overseas.
